Majmua Base Recipe
As most of you know we are no longer carrying attars from India, so I have been regularly posting recipes for my versions of some of these lovely, complex attars varieties such as Black Musk, Amberi and Shamama.
Now we are adding Majmua, a vetiver-based attar.
This creates a lovely earthy, sweet herbaceous, floral bouquet.
To me it captures beautifully the aroma of the monsoon season.
As with all such exotic perfumes, 3-6 months is the minimum aging time after ingredients have been blended together
