Rose essential oil is a pale yellow to olive yellow soft waxy mass(at cool temperatures due to the stearoptene floral waxes that come over in distillation) With very gentle heat it becomes a flowable liquid. The oil displays a deep, rich, sweet, warm floral-roseaceous bouquet with a spicy, green, honeyed undertone of good radiance and tenacity.
In natural perfumer it is widely used in a great variety of compositions including Oriental bouquets, culinary perfumes, high class florals, sacred essences, etc.
