The organic, fine population, high altitude Lavender from Provence, France is a colorless liquid displaying a fresh, warm, sweet, green, herbaceous-resinous , delicate floral bouquet with a soft balsamic-woody undertone. It is one of the loveliest and most complex lavender's we have ever offered being harvested and distilled from organically grown lavender from an altitude of 4000 feet and above.
A population lavender is distilled from the lavender plants which display different shades of purple and white flowers collected from wild growing plants, which are then propogated and grown organically. The words "true" or "fine" are generally applied to the population lavender.
