Absolutes

Many absolutes in their pure form are very viscous liquids, solid waxy masses or solid sticky masses. They are sometimes very difficult to get into a usable liquid form. After many years of dealing with gently heating such absolutes and pouring them into the size bottles ordered by customers and answering questions from customers regarding how to get them into workable form, I decided to convert these types of absolutes into a liquid form using fractionated coconut oil as a base material.

Fractionated coconut oil has a very long shelf life, a light texture, and when blended with the absolute is totally soluble in 190 proof alcohol. I have chosen to use a perfume strength dilution of 33% absolute to 67% fractionated coconut oil so perfumers can use them as is, or further dilute them according to the compositon they are working on.
