• We sell wholesale only. Washington customers must have a copy of business license showing UBI on file with us.
• Orders may be emailed, faxed, or mailed. Please state the product's common name, order code, and quantity. We always  encourage buying samples of products before ordering a large quantity (please note samples are not returnable or refundable).
  
• It is our goal to ship each order by the next business day;  however, due to the varying transit times of the many imported materials on our product list, there may be occasions when a complete order cannot be shipped within this time frame. If this situation occurs, customers will be notified by email within 1 business day of order placement.
  
  

• Prepayment or net 30 days (with approved credit). Overdue accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on the overdue balance. Returned checks will incur a $25 service charge.
  
• We also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. If you choose this option, instructions for making credit card/Paypal payment will be furnished to you when we send you your final invoice.
  
  

• Orders are shipped UPS ground or US Mail. We can also ship FEDEX (on your account number). Shipping charges include insurance.

• If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a product, it may be returned for replacement, credit on the customer's account, or refund.
• Please note samples are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Samples are made available as a service to assist customers in judging aromatic preferences before placing larger orders.
  
• Product dissatisfaction, shipping errors, or damage in shipping must be reported within 7 business days.
  
• For a return or for cancellation of an order already shipped, you must first receive pre-authorization before sending the order back. For pre-authorization, contact Christopher McMahon at email:

• A restocking fee of 10% of the order will be charged on any return or cancellation of an order already shipped unless the return is the result of a shipping error, product defect, or damage during shipping.  Shipping and insurance for authorized returns of goods for any reason other than shipping error, product defects, or damage during original shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
